But it’s more than matchmaking - Revie is changing the way women approach coaching altogether. Is this the same as therapy? 
No, and the two work well alongside each other. Therapy tends to work with the past. This works with the present: what's happening now, what's driving it, and what needs to change. Many of the women on Revie are already in therapy. They come here for something more forward-focused.
I'm still functioning at work. Is this actually burnout?
Possibly. The version of burnout most people picture is a full breakdown. But the version most high-achieving women actually live is quieter than that. You're still hitting your targets. You're still showing up. You're just doing it on fumes, and rest isn't fixing it anymore. That's enough of a reason to get support.
